Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on US orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.95.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number when it ships.

Delivery time: Most US orders arrive within 7–12 business days after shipping. Our products ship from our fulfillment partner's international warehouses, so please allow a little extra time during holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak holiday periods.

Multiple packages: Items, including the pieces in our kits, may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. Each package gets its own tracking number, and you'll never pay extra shipping for split packages.

Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses in the 50 United States. We don't ship internationally yet.

Lost or delayed orders: If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us at virtuoai@icloud.com and we'll help, including a replacement or refund if a package is lost.

Wrong address: Please double-check your address at checkout. We can update it if you contact us before the order ships.
