1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and most US orders arrive within 7–12 business days after that. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on US orders of $35 or more, and every kit qualifies on its own. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $4.95.
3. Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Items, including the pieces in our kits, often ship separately from different fulfillment centers, so they may arrive on different days. Every package has its own tracking number, at no extra cost to you.
4. Do you carry products for cats as well as dogs?
Yes. Many of our grooming, mealtime and cleanup tools work for both, and our Happy Cat Kit brings together a teaser wand, litter mat and slicker brush made for feline life. Each product page notes which pets it suits.
5. Are your products safe for my pet?
Our products are chosen to be simple and non-electronic, and we list materials where the manufacturer provides them. Every pet is different, so always supervise play with toys and snuffle products, and replace any item that becomes damaged or chewed.
6. What if I'm not happy with my order?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, and if anything arrives damaged or defective we'll replace or refund it. Just email virtuoai@icloud.com and a real person will help.
